NEW YORK - Honestly, I don't know why I have 300-some odd blogs in my RSS reader.  There's only like 10 blogs that push the envelope in marketing.  Steve Rubel's Micro Persuasion is one of them.  Check out this post about Google and what Steve calls "lifestreaming."  Seriously: Take a minute to read Steve's post.

All done?  Did you see Steve's Google Profile all tricked out with his social media dealies on the right?  Here's mine.  Imagine what this kind of thing writ large would do to executive search.  Crazy times.

Still, executive search is one thing.  Executive recruiting is another.  But increasingly, the search part is getting easier.  It used to be that finding the right candidate was like finding a needle in a haystack.  Now it's like finding a needle in a stack of needles.
